Deal with people problems and situations with honesty infegrity and personal ethics

  Deal with people is very important about relationship this is part of my weakness .When i was talk with stranger I will very shy. I think it's not good and I will be miss many many good chance.Honesty is very important point, that is every person should have is.But it's very hard. I think nobody is quite certain of they never say lie.it's impossible.so I try to make better about the honesty, and let ,ore than people to trust me.
